Between Lake and Mountain

Between Lake and Mountain is an artwork comprised of two illuminated beacons that joyously depict imagery related to Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Functioning as pictographs––a collection of visual signs or symbols used to transmit information––the "Lake Beacon" and "Mountain Beacon" visually communicate particular facts related to the position, location, and shape, as well as wildlife and climate of the Burlington region.
